Cocktail formula:

In this Cocktail formula, the chocolate maker is an animation which is added to your evening; he takes care of his stand and animates tastings or live demonstrations.

This formula allows your colleagues/guests to enjoy the entertainment according to their desires and is perfect to liven up a cocktail with catering.

Commented chocolate tasting, creation of mendiants on the spot and live, or both together to animate your guests.

 

 

 

Conference formula:

In this formula, the Chocolatier leads a group workshop: the guests arrange themselves in groups, with the utensils of the trade and around a Frifri chocolate maker, to create and/or taste their chocolates; the master chocolate maker and his assistants guide and accompany the participants during the workshop: tasting, creation, pairing beer/chocolate or wine/chocolate:

These offers include the material related to the chocolate factory.

The horeca equipment is to be provided by you (table, set up, tablecloth, water and glasses, possible fridges...).


These offers do not include any necessary technology (Madonna microphone, loudspeakers, etc.).

Workshop with the chocolate master only in French and English.

 

The chocolatier is assisted by his regular staff for a group larger than 25 people.

 

The chocolate maker can lead the workshops in French and English; Gerbaud accredited guides can provide them in French, Dutch, English, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Swedish,...
